Hi, I'm Cassy, an equestrian coach based in the South West UK. Over 35 years with horses has taught me that the challenges we all face are simply lessons in disguise.
Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with a wide range of breeds, from show ponies to Friesians, native ponies to the majestic horses of the Iberian Peninsula. Every breed has its own unique heritage and turnout rules; learning how to correctly present your specific horse is what elevates good turnout to winning turnout.
Every hurdle I've faced has expanded my skill set and given me the practical insight I now use to deliver high-level support and empower my clients. My work is rooted in real-world practice, and Plait Like a Pro is my way of putting expert, competition-ready guidance right in your pocket when I can't be there in person.

How long do I have access? +
For life. You can watch all 16 lessons as soon as you've paid, and come back to them before every show.
Is this course suitable for beginners? +
Yes. We start with your kit and preparing the mane, then build up one step at a time. If you already plait, the mane and tail styles later in the course will give you plenty to work on.
What do I need to start? +
Your plaiting kit and a horse who's happy to stand. The first lesson shows you everything in my kit, and the Plaiting Essentials Guide lists the products I use every day.
